This course equips students to develop, lead, and multiply small group ministries within the local church. Students examine biblical foundations for community, group dynamics, leadership structures, and discipleship pathways. Emphasis is placed on fostering spiritual growth, accountability, and mission engagement through relational ministry. Students will evaluate various small group models and design a reproducible strategy that aligns with church vision and theological priorities. Through practical application, students will gain the skills necessary to lead healthy groups that cultivate spiritual maturity, encourage mutual care, and support the church’s broader mission of making disciples.
