APOL453: Ministering to Atheists and Agnostics
3 Credit Hours
Online
This course equips students to engage individuals who explicitly reject belief in God or question the possibility of knowing truth. Students examine the philosophical arguments, intellectual objections, and personal factors that often shape atheism and agnosticism. Emphasis is placed on responding to common challenges such as the problem of evil, the reliability of Scripture, and the existence of God. Through apologetic and relational strategies, students develop the ability to communicate the gospel in a way that is intellectually credible, thoughtful, and faithful to Scripture.
