This course will provide a study of leadership principles from an individual, departmental, and corporate-wide perspective that impact the internal and external operations of an entity.Course objectives: Identify leadership theories from the past and present. Summarize leadership principles that create positive organizational change. Distinguish leadership principles that positively or negatively impact an organization. Assess the effectiveness of leadership in past and present organizations.
