Glenn has dedicated his life to strengthening the church and advancing the gospel through servant leadership. He served faithfully in several key positions such as an Executive Pastor for twelve years,  and five years as Director of Missions, where he helped equip and support churches in their local and global outreach. In addition, he has served as a professor and Student Relations Committee Chair at Gateway Seminary. His expertise lies particularly in ministry effectiveness, church administration, and missionary support.
