James is an instructor and pastor with experience in pastoral care, corporate chaplaincy, and church planting. Over 5 years of leadership experience, successfully leading diverse congregations and crafting comprehensive ministry frameworks. Notable achievements include overseeing 300+ church members, 3,400 instruction hours with the US Air Force, and implementing successful discipleship programs. He is passionate about Christian formation, biblical theology and bringing innovative solutions to Christ-centered education.
