Richard (Dick) has thirty years of experience leading engineers, program management professionals, and business managers in all aspects of technology and systems engineering management from product design, development, and implementation to program strategy and management. As a technical leader and manager on high-profile, large-scale government information technology projects, he provided senior level engineering and program management services to government agencies. After his military, government, and professional careers, Dick serves as Board Chair of CCS and teaches Bible and theology courses.
