Emphasis is placed on developing structured yet flexible approaches to guiding individuals in spiritual growth, doctrinal understanding, and ministry engagement. Students will design a personal discipleship process that includes accountability, Scripture engagement, and leadership development. Through practical application, students will gain the skills necessary to invest in others effectively and to cultivate reproducible discipleship relationships that contribute to long-term spiritual maturity.
