Course Description: This course explores the biblical principles and theological underpinnings of strategic leadership within a ministry context. Students will examine key biblical texts, leadership models, and the character and practices of biblical leaders. The course emphasizes the integration of faith and leadership, focusing on how strategic leadership can be aligned with God's purposes. As a result of completing this course, the student will: 1. Analyze biblical texts to identify principles of strategic leadership. 2. Evaluate the leadership models demonstrated by biblical figures. 3. Develop a theology of strategic leadership that integrates faith and practice. 4. Apply biblical principles to contemporary leadership challenges in ministry. 5.
