This course prepares students to respond to trauma and crisis through a biblical counseling framework. Students examine the nature of suffering, grief, and crisis while developing a scriptural understanding of how to care for individuals in difficult circumstances. Emphasis is placed on analyzing crisis situations and applying biblical truth with sensitivity and wisdom. Through this course, students are equipped to provide compassionate, gospel-centered care that addresses both the realities of suffering and the hope found in Christ.
